We come from cinema and VFX, and we rebuilt the studio around a new pipeline. If you want to make cinema-grade work without the unit, the location or the year-long wait, this is the room.
We kept the craft and rebuilt everything under it.
White Panther was started by people who spent years in visual effects and on film sets, then watched generative production remove the trade between scale, speed and budget. We did not leave cinema behind. We rebuilt the pipeline beneath it and kept the same eye for a frame.
So we are not hiring for a shortcut. We want people who can hold a cinematic standard and move between craft and code without dropping either.
Who we're looking for
The work runs on three kinds of people. You might be one, or all three.

AI Filmmakers
Directors and cinematographers who read a frame the way an editor reads a cut: shot design, performance, colour, rhythm. You now direct diffusion models instead of a crew, and you still care whether it would hold on a cinema screen, because here it has to.

Writers
Writers who can carry a brand in thirty seconds and a character across a season. You know structure and subtext, and you write for the languages and markets our clients actually sell in, not just one.

Generative Specialists
Artists and engineers who live where machine learning meets the moving image. You hold a face, a wardrobe and a look consistent across every shot, and you push what the models deliver to VFX-grade, not demo-grade.
